Florida State Annual Report Alert!

Many entities have annual reports coming due in FL by the end of April, as is the case each year in FL.  But you may want to take special note this year and be aware that FL has discontinued it’s former practice of allowing the filer to avoid late fees by checking a box indicating that the notice to file was not received by the entity.  Florida late fees are a steep $ 400 for LLCs, LPs and For-Profit Corporations, so it will pay to get filed on time this year and going forward!
